03Can training be delivered at our workplace?
On-site and remote options are available, depending on the course and your requirements. We will confirm the delivery format, group size, dates and any practical arrangements with you.
04How do we choose the right training?
Tell us about the work your team does, their existing knowledge and the skills you want to develop. We can discuss suitable courses or a tailored programme.
05Can you review our existing documents?
Yes. We can discuss reviewing and updating policies, risk assessments, method statements and COSHH records so they reflect your workplace.
06What is included in a retainer?
A retainer can include a named advisor, ongoing advice, visits and document support. The exact services, visit schedule and rates are agreed for your business.
07Where are the online courses delivered?
Online courses are delivered through the existing VideoTile Learning partner platform. Course details, availability and purchases are managed on that platform.
08How do I access the client portal?
Use Portal login in the website navigation. Your account permissions determine the workspace you can access. Contact MP All Safety if you need an account or help signing in.
