Air quality and safety arrangements for a metal fabrication company
The challenge
Welding, cutting and paint-spraying activities had insufficient local exhaust ventilation. Respiratory protection was being relied upon without adequate supporting testing or monitoring.
Our approach
MP All Safety reviewed the working conditions, explained the findings to management and identified the need to assess exposure levels through air sampling.
What happened next
Management committed to ventilation improvements, better respiratory protection management and regular air monitoring. The published case describes these commitments rather than measured exposure reductions.
