Building real-world confidence through emergency first aid training
The challenge
During the course, several participants did not know where to find nearby automated external defibrillators. Knowing the response steps was only part of being prepared.
Our approach
The session covered practical first aid skills and awareness of local AED locations, including a mobile tool for locating nearby defibrillators.
What happened next
A participant later reported feeling calm and prepared during a real incident involving an unconscious colleague. Other attendees recommended the course to colleagues.
